Context
Mr. Ho, at a factory in the eastern outskirts of Xi'an, had a granddaughter who went missing at the market on 6 March. Three days of searching turned up nothing. The hexagram cast was Jie transforming into Fu.

Jie is a Six-Combine hexagram — she is still constrained and has not gone far, an image of return. Children Mao Wood transforms into Yin (a regressive transformation) — also an image of return. Dui transforming into Zhen points east; Yin lies northeast. Children Mao Wood meets the month and day in producing-thriving — she is safe with someone helping. On the 10th (Geng-Zi), Zi Water produces Mao Wood; once produced, she returns. On the 12th and 13th (Yin and Mao days) the Use Spirit reaches its thriving phase.
Actual outcome
At 3 pm the next day, a man and a woman brought the child home, exactly as predicted.
