Context
Master Cao from Xi'an came to my home and said a friend visiting Xi'an for work had insisted on meeting me for a reading. The hexagram cast was Cui transforming into Bi (Gui-Wei day, Xin-Wei month). I told the visitor: not only are you an engineer, but back in school — from secondary through university — you always ranked first, with outstanding scholarly talent. Your writing is not only excellent and fast but also widely known.
