Context
A young man from my workplace was sitting the graduate-school exam. He had failed in 1986 and was preparing for a second attempt — but with no certainty. His father came for a reading. The hexagram cast was Bi transforming into Kun (Bing-Wu day, Bing-Shen month). I told the parents: have him study hard, and next year he will surely pass.
