Vân Hán Star
Preparation
The Vân Hán star-dispelling rite is performed on the 29th of each month, with 15 candles. By old belief, Vân Hán is an inauspicious star ruling illness and disease.
Offerings include:
- Incense, flowers, gold paper money, oản cakes;
- Red star tablet;
- Red hat;
- 36 paper coins.
Face south to perform the star-dispelling rite.
