Thái Âm Star
Preparation
The Thái Âm star-dispelling rite is performed on the 26th of each month, with 7 candles. Thái Âm is auspicious for women but not very auspicious for men.
Offerings include:
- Incense, flowers, fruit, oản cakes;
- Gold paper money;
- Yellow star tablet;
- Yellow hat;
- 36 paper coins;
- Face due west to perform the rite.
